The date many residents of Bedico Creek Preserve in Madisonville, Louisiana, have been waiting for has finally arrived. The opening of the neighborhood pool in our subdivision will happen Saturday, May 10, 2014. Flanked by our versatile Pavilion, our pool will also be surrounded by native Louisiana palm trees which will offer a tropical feel as well as some shade. As you relax in the pool, you can enjoy the view of just one of the many water features at Bedico Creek, as the location of the pool overlooks one of our ponds. The pool for Bedico Creek Preserve will feature gorgeous 2-toned, aqua-colored pool tiles decorating the sides and floor of the pool. The surround of this custom, free-form designed pool will be a mix of earth-colored ceramic tile and travertine paver surround. As you can see from the shape of the footer for the pool, Our pool has a completely custom shape with varying depths perfect for supervised small children and older kids, teenagers, and adults.

We are extremely excited to continue completing our community amenities, in order to offer our homeowners the very best of both worlds at our Conservation Community: a natural habitat with homes built “into the wildlife,” and modern man-made amenities such as our pool, our new disc / frisbee golf course, and our fishing pier as well as our Storage Facility for boats and RV’s which is free to our residents.
The storage facility is located in an accessible part of our community, and we offer a weather-proof metal building which will house boats and RV’s for our homeowners who need to be able to store their equipment when it is not in use. We have lockable storage units with roll-up doors for RV’s to be pulled in and parked.
