BEDICO CREEK REFERRAL PROGRAM

If you want to refer a friend, co-worker or family member to Bedico Creek Preserve to purchase one of our Lots or Homes for Sale for a referral fee, please read the qualifications of a valid referral carefully.

Be Sure to Contact Our Sales Team (Classic Properties Management Corp.) with Your Referral.

VALID REFERRALS

1.  A valid referral is a person(s) who tours homes or lots in Bedico Creek Preserve with a member of the Bedico Creek Sales Team.*  You must personally refer them to Bedico Creek and obtain their authorization to submit their name and contact information to the Bedico creek Sales Team.

*Bedico Creek Sales Team: Scott Waltemath and Kelly Waltemath.

2.  A valid referral must be registered with the Bedico Creek Sales Center prior to working with a member of the Bedico Creek Sales Team.  The referral cannot be working with a licensed real estate Agent/Broker from another real estate company or with a (Bedico Creek) Builder regarding the purchase of property at Bedico Creek.

3.  A valid referral form MUST be submitted in writing before the referral purchases a lot or home in Bedico Creek.

4.  In the event more than one homeowner refers the same person(s), the first referral received at the Bedico Creek Sales Center will be recognized as the referee.

REFERRAL PROCESS

1. Download the referral form from the Bedico Creek Preserve website.

2.  Fill out the referral form and return it to the Bedico Creek Sales Center via email at bchomeowners1@gmail.com.  The form MUST include the name(s) and contact information of the referral.

REFERRAL FEE

Lot: $100 Gift Card
Home: $250 Gift Card

REFERRAL PAYMENT
The referral fee is paid within fifteen days after the lot or home closes.  If you do not receive the gift card within fifteen days after the closing, please notify the sales center.
