Randy and Susan Meyer, owners of Conbeth Development, have been a sales team for 25 years selling new homes and new custom homes in St. Tammany Parish. Randy and Susan are the perfect blend of knowledge and experience with each team member complementing the others’ skills and strengths. Randy Meyer has been in home building since 1971. He started out as a day laborer and worked his way up to supervisor. He soaked up as much knowledge as he could and eventually went out on his own and started Conbeth Development. He built his first 13 homes in a subdivision in Diamondhead, MS. Since Randy had the building part of the business solved, he turned his attention to sales. With Susan Meyer’s help, Randy has built Conbeth Development into a thriving home building business.
The reason that Randy and Susan are so successful in selling new homes is because they have the perfect balance of sales, marketing, and design. Susan Meyer handles aspects of marketing, sales, and customer service of the business. She is the first person with whom a potential buyer communicates when they contact Conbeth Development. Randy is involved in the floorplan design and building aspects of the business. Randy helps Susan close the deal by helping a potential buyer envision their dream home through the floorplan design. With proven experience designing floorplans that are stylish and timeless, Randy is able to really sell the customer during the design phase.
Randy and Susan are members of the St. Tammany/Washington Parishes Home Builders Association (ST/WHBA). Randy is a past president of the organization as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Susan is also a member of the Board of Directors as well as the Sales & Marketing Council. Susan is a member of the board for the Tammany Trace Foundation, and Randy and Susan have just recently donated their time and materials to build 2 new structures at the Abita Springs Trailhead.
